    New Member

    Hello everyone, I am an ARMY vet
    5'5" 174 LBS 14% Body Fat.
    I started at 204 lbs and 26% body fat. I still have a long way to go and am doing my first NPC show in March. I only have one cycle under my belt so I am a rookie. Any advice is greatly apreciated!!!
