Hi, new bloke from the UK.
Hi everyone, well im 24 and ive been doing the gym thing for just over 20months now I started off just on the machines, and then about 9 or 10 months ago I started doing the free wieghts, I initially started gyming because I thought that my girlfriend at the time deserved to be with someone sexier/more ripped so I lost just over 28KG's just from cardio and dieting and ive still got all the muscle gains but then we parted, badly, I sank into a downwards spiral for about 6 months after which I had gained back nearly all the fat I had lost, Bumber, so now im going to loose it again and then some, but this time for ME. Im doing 25 minutes of cycling when I walk into the gym and 25 minutes after my weight workout, Im going to stick with this for about a month and then take it up to about 27.5minutes twice per session, hopefully once im acustomed to this I'll get onto the tread mill or cross trainer for variation along with some rowing.
Well I'll let you all know how it go's.

Hey it might be a good idea to get a Heart Rate watch and keep you heart rate on point while your walk to and form the gym and even while your cycling if it doesnt have a HR monitor.. (you heart rate should be 65-75% [220 - age *.65 = Ideal Heart Rate]).. if you have any questions about training/cardio or overall feel free to shoot me a PM..
oh yes and say hi to the queen for me, that ole chap..
