AI on cycle
Is it required to use an AI on cycle or do people recommend keeping it on hand. I'm seeing people say they don't use an AI until they get symptoms. Wouldn't having symptoms of high e2 put you at a greater risk than just managing e2 from the start? I understand that some people are more gyno prone than others. But gynocomastia is only a single symptom of high e2. Just because you couldn't see e2 affects outside your body doesn't mean your e2 level is in check correct? Only blood work can prove whether or not the AI is pertinent. I'm just trying to clarify something in my own head as to not say the wrong information.
I follow stickies here like religion. They are stickied for a reason? It even states in "How to plan your first successful cycle" to have an AI in your protocol.

I have always used this sticky in my defense when I say you should have an AI. http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...le-swifto.html Could someone further educate me? Am I missing something or are people just blowing smoke out of their asses. I thought that sticky by swifto was more informative than what theories people have on "Why not to use an AI".

Run an ai on cycle. Keeping estrogen in a good range is more important than just being concerned of gyno

I personally am not touching anything. I just keep running into these threads where they claim there is no need for an AI. They assume if they don't have gyno, acne, or bloat then they don't have a high e2. That broscience is completely wrong..correct? I'm just trying to clarify in my own head. The sticky on why you should use one gives legit facts while I can only find these anecdotal claims of.."I know a pro who uses a gram of testosterone a week and he says you don't need an AI."

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but I've just seen the claim on so many occasions ranging from a pro told me so to my doctor told me so. Frankly, I didn't know doctors gave out advice on AAS use.

More test = more estrogen. Always run an AI. Yes, more sides are internal than external and gyno is not an adequate gauge of E2 issues as some simply never get gyno, regardless. I think Austinite's analogy that "you don't put your seat belt on after the accident" fits quite nicely.

I'm putting that quote in my notepad. Thanks for clearing it up. Sometimes I just get lost on certain subjects because the bro science is so strong and I'm still new to this so I have yet to fully grasp what is bs though I can smell when things just don't add up.

Last cycle I had No gyno, no acne, no bloat, no ED issues and I was using an AI but not nearly enough because I am very E2 sensitive. my Sensitive E2 came back at 257, range 3-70.
Just because you dont feel it doesnt mean it's not there. I know it diminished gains. I really need to do blood work a LOT sooner next time and will be sure to UP my AI from the start.

DO NOT listen to the broscience, stick with your research, and ALWAYS use an AI while on.
