    Lenda Murry is by Far the best female bodybuilder ever. She has great Muscle development and excellent definition. Yet unlike most female bodybuilder these days, she keeps her Femininity to the fullest. She is what most should look like and i think she will do alot of good in turning the look of female bodybuilders around and into the positive.

    The look already has changed a lot just in the past 2-3 years. If it changes much more, it's just going to be another fitness contest minus the heels because if you haven't noticed, some of those girls were harder and more shredded than the bodybuilders were. Can't tell from the pictures but if you've ever been to a pro show, you will know i'm not exaggerating

    No matter what happens in future shows and what type of look the judges reward, there are always going to be people who think that female muscle is disgusting...extreme or even at an amateur level
