    Wink Looking to lose weight

    My fiance and I are trying to lose weight by workout and diet alone but it seems not to work for her because of a hysterectomy for it's a hit or miss. What is the best stuff to get for guaranteed weight loss without shakes. I'm also interested in ghb that stuff was great back in the day when it first came out I want it!
