came up with a new way to eat my oats. I hate warm oatmeal so i just add water and wait until it gets soggy, i usually put bannanas or raisans in there. sometimes i put straight equal. but this morning i put applesauce with some cinnamon. it is pretty good.

my favorite way to eat oatmeal is to add frozen berries and a scoop of vanilla protein pwoder.

here is the way I make my oatmeal every morning.
Dash of salt
sugar free maple syrup
Tsp sugar free brown sugar
Dash of Cinnamon
Fat Free butter spray
Milk or Water
This is d*mn good and easily the best I have had with little extra calories
