    my breakfast concoction

    this morning i made this stuff that was fire!! I made some hashbrowns cooked in olive oil with chopped onion, chopped turkey peperoni, egg whites, fat free cheese, topped with splenda and ground cinnamin. mmmm, mmmm!
    do ya'll ever just throw together random sh!t and it end up tasting so damm good? i think i made up a new recipe. try it, it's good.

    bro wtf is that it sounds interesting
    -but try this fat free pita 2 chiken breast lettuce fat free cheese and some hot sauce take freaking awsome and makes you sweat like no tommarrow but its freaking good
    its about 40g carbs about 6gfat and 50g protein
