    homemade protein bombs

    -ne ideas for makin pro/carb shakes,pro/fat with out using prot powder
    i was thinkin
    -tuna diet pepsi and oil of choice
    -cooked eggwhites with diet pepsi(they taste gross btw)
    etc...
    ne ideas?

    Ever have an Orange Julias? Sounds better than eggs mixed with Pepsi.

    On orange julias is OJ mixed wtih egg whites and ice in a blnder. I control carbs, so I don't do it, but you say you want carbs and protien so there u go.

    is the gi of OJ too high ? will taking fiber with it slow the gi of the shake to be suitable for carb/pro meal

    Let me understand this: The GI in OJ is too high, but not the GI in Pepsi. Am I missing something?

    i dont drink pepsi
    only diet-pepsi which does not affect insulin levels if it does then very little
    Diet coke while on competition diet
    ^^^check this out
