Your most unhealthy cheat meal?
Just curious how crazy some of you have gone in terms of eating cheat meals. I've only had two in the past 6 months or so. First was half a dozen eggs & 6 pieces of toast. Waitresses thought I was crazy. Second was eating an entire cake in less than 24 hours for my birthday.

You guys ont know what the work cheat means it seems...jk. I just picked up two cheesecakes (redvelvet and chocolate) from the cheesecake factory for my wifes birthday tomorrow. Im so excited !!!!!

1/2 a bag of Cheetos. I had taken an ambien and planned on going to bed in like 10 minutes after finishing a movie. I woke up about an hour later with 1/2 the bad smashed all over my face, shirt, pants, couch and floor. I must have been eating them with both hands stuffing them in my mouth. It was one of the funniest things I had seen. I could only stand up, brush off and get the vacuum then change and go to bed.

Yeah, and sometimes dinner. Now for the bad stuff. Totino's Pizza(10 for $10.00), Snickers and Rockstar for pre workout and sometimes post workout, French Toast 4-5 times a week, Bacon, Sausage, Honey Buns and Brownies. I don't workout to deprive myself of the finer things in life. That wouldn't be any fun.

Hmmmmm.....
How about....
24 chocolate croissant fingers
Half a cheesecake
Bread and butter pudding
Ice cream
Chocolate and amereti torte
Scones with clotted cream and jam
Victoria sponge cake
Sandwiches
Crisps
Ribeye steak on the bone (36oz I think) with chips and creamy mushrooms...
I ate all of that on the day that the transformation challenge ended... It was epic!
I did it to make me kind of fed up with the shit food so I could get bak on the diet the next day
It was an estimated 10000 calorie binge but IMHO it was probably higher

Mine is a home cooked 12-oz filet mignon with a 16-oz lobster tail and drawn butter and home made Key Lime Pie with philly cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, cool whip and fresh lime juice from squeezed limes. Now that's some good eating and a lot cheaper to buy it and cook it yourself with a larger portion than you would get at the restaurant.

Pint of Ben and Jerrys Dublin Mudslide, 4 Reeses peanut butter cups, Cadbury milk chocolate bar, and a cinnamon bun. Not a planned cheat meal. Just a 3am meltdown.

substitute the dublin mudslide for half baked or brownie batter...... the peanut butter cups are a great choice..... cadbury chocolate sucks balls (i'm belgian) go with lindt or something with some quality, the cinnamon bun is great but yah gotta warm it up and put caramel over it lol!

I would go to one of my fav resturants and order salad with creamy ranch, half roasted chicken and fried sweet potatos. Then I ask the waitress to bring me honey so I can dip the sweet potatos in. yum!
