    They do both have their place in breast cancer treatment.
    As for our purposes, they are both non-steroidal aromatise inhibitors.
    The active ingredient in adex is anastrozol.
    The active ingredient in aromasin is exemestane.
    When we use them for estrogen management, it's the usual story, as both active ingredients differ, then you have to find the one that suits you best, it's that simple.

    Thought it was a simple case of one blocks estrogen and the other prevents estrogen. And would make sense to go with the one that prevents rather than blocks.
    Im not gonna get a simple answer am i? lol

    Anthony recommends using exemestane with Nolva in his pct protocol, stating that Nolva can reduce the potency of Arimidex .

    However I'm planning on running Pheedo's pct protocol with Arimidex, Nolva and Clomid. I'm just gonna increase the dose of the Arim a bit to offset this effect.
