    Amino Acid Intake

    If I put 50 capsules 2g each of amino acid inside a glass of glucose drink until it dissolves into the water and than drink it will I get the same effect or the aminos will get straight in my urine and not go to my bloodstream

    I think he is saying, will they go straight through him, and pee them out. Simple answer, no. But, just drink protein instead, its much cheaper.
