    kre-alkalyn vs. CEE

which one delievers better results??? i've been reading alot of this stuff and it says that kre-alkalyn is more effective than CEE, and also with CEE you still may hold a little bit of water because CEE processing involves reacting regular creatine with hydrochloric acid and alcohol. this process does not protect CEE from coverting into creatinine(responsible for water retention and other sides).

anybody have any opinions on both of these products???

my friend at GNC swears kre better, hes pretty knowlageable, but i wouldnt say this is neccisarely right. If you get retention on CEE, might as well give kre a shot. I agree with results will be about the same. BTW 100th post .

could be the other ingredient. It is up to you. You could try getting pure CEE from trueprotein or something and see if you get bloat, or just go with the Kre. How much will you be paying for Kre? CEE from trueprotein is only like 7 dollars for 100 grams (20 doses or so). I dont think there has been a whole lot of research or experiences with Kre just because its pretty new. I am getting some Cee from true protein in a few days (should be here by tuesday or monday) so ill let you know if I experience bloat or not, but everybodys body reacts differently. Good luck man
