    creatine:before and after or...

    For you guys what is the best moment for creatine?
    Before and after workout or before or after?
    What's the best post workout drink for you guys?

    i Take my creatine right when i wake up 5-10mg a day then water all day long

    after workout, a protein drink of some sort

    I take a serving 1 hr. before my workout and a serving right after my workout. I also take two servings daily on my off days. I mix mine with water.

    both, creatine works great after, and that should be the focus when you take it, but you can take both. if you choose one, then take it directily after. if yoru goal is mass. then take it with a protein shake afterward.

    what about if it is trac creatine a lemon lime flavored sugaless time realeased creatine it says take one tablespoon(only 4grams of creatine)before work outs ????and i take a eca stack pill wil creatine still work if i use a eca?and if i should still tak eit after its too gross to mix with my shake when shoul di take it before after ?? how far after ?

    I started using TRAC creatine just recently, bout 2 weeks now. I like it, but not that its only 4g of creatine. i like 8-10g. i take 1 serving bout 30-45 mins before workout. then ill drink a protein shake right after workout. then i take another creatine about an hour or so after the workout. seems to be working for me.

    It makes sense to take it right after because you can use the high dextrose not only for synergenic effect of creatine, but also to quickly restore glycogen to the muscles after workout.
