Potassium Gluconate
Hey guys,
I take a potassium gluc pill daily but am starting to wonder if it is worth it. The pills are only 3% of daily reccommended intake. Why is this? How many should I be taking a day? Any advice would be nice...
Thanks

Bottom line, you will get enough potassium from your diet. Only reason to supplement with potassium is to avoid cramping when on a substance that will cause cramps.
