    Fish oils?

I dont eat lots of sea food. Unfortunately im a picky eater and really do not like the texture of seafood and cannot stomach the taste. How important or vital will it be without? I have been thinking about taking fish body oils with omega 3. What does everyone think?

I think the Fish Oils will be sufficient. They have Essential Oil combos with Flax, Fish, Borage, etc. all mixed together in one capsule.

If you can choke down Fish Oil, might want to check into Flax though instead. I ran out of flax and waiting for my next bottle I have some fish oil as a last resort... the problem is that when you take Fish Oil you burp it up the rest of the day which gets to be a bit much. I can choke down anything but burping it up all day is jsut too much. I find that if I can take the fish oil with tuna that kinda hides it though and i don't burp it up all day.

i don't know but my personal experience has been that if i take fish oil with a meal i seem to not burp it up as much as if i take it right after a meal or on an empty stomach.

you are right that its not as bad if you take it with a meal, but I still burp it up (just not as strong) for a few hours.
