    M1T cycle question

    Starting a low dose cycle today,
    2 weeks:
    5mg M1T, 2 squirts of 4ad

    2 weeks PCT.

    2 weeks:
    5mg M1T, 2 squirts of 4ad

    2 weeks PCT.


    I havnt seen any cycle logs of low dose M1t. If anyone has tried this please let me know how it went.

    I would not recomend using thaose doses. That looks like enough to shut you down in a few days, but doesn't appear like it would yeild any real gains. You might actually lose some muscle. You should bump it up to 10 mg of m1t, 5 sprays of 4-ad ED and extend it out to 4 weeks.

    I did those standard doses on my last cycle and had some bad sides, I was hoping to go with low doses to minimise them.

    You could try upping the dose of the supplemental things in your stack, like milk thistle, hawthorne and 4-ad. Also if lethargy is your main concern, make sure to keep your carb up, cuz m1t will kill your blood-sugar levels making you almost temporarily glycemic.

    do you mean hypoglycemic? or having low blood sugar?

    The sides I was trying to avoid was not so much Lethargy but pain in my gut. I got it both times Ive tried M1T. I did some research on the supps you recomended ,and I added Thornberry, and Milk thistle. Along with my multi vitamin, M1t (Gonna go with 10mg) and 4ad. Feel free to add any advise to this.

    Those are good numbers. Are you extending it to 4 weeks? Whats your PCT?

    My plan is 2 weeks on, PCT for 2 weeks, 2 weeks on, and PCT for 2 weeks.

    Pct is the recommended clomid nolva and Im throughing in some Vitrix.

    I'm probably going to be trying 20mg ED in a week or so for four weeks, NSA what would you reccomend as a dosage for the 4ad?

    I would say 10-12 squirts per day of 4-derm, in two doses spread out over 12 hours. That should work well.

    Day 8

    Im on day 8.
    No sides at all (yet). gained 5 lbs. Weights are going up easyer. feeling pumped most of the day.
    Only odd thing to report is my leg pumps are so intense during cardio I cant get passed 1/2 mile. Anyone else have this?

    I have heard of this with many people who used m1t and did cardio while on it. I have no personal experience with it because i don't do cardio.

    leg pumps

    i notice mine just from walking up the stairs etc throughout the day. i''m kind of worried b/c i have to play flag football and i feel like it's slowing me down.

    Day ten.
    Wow I feel great, Feel pumped and strong all day long. No negative sides AT ALL. The extreme pump in my legs during cardio is starting to subside, last knight I was able to do 1 mile before my calves gave out.

    Can I safely extend my cycle past two weeks?

    Yes, you can safely take a cycle up to 30 days from start to finish.

    Sorry to bud in but, may I ask how long you took your longest M1t cycle and what were your results.

    I myself have only taken m1t in one manner. 30 days at 10 mg ED, no longer and no shorter. The only difference between my cycles was what i stacked it with.

    Not trying to bud in but may i ask what sides may occur on M1T if didnt take PCT? and if i didnt take PCT would it be really that bad?

    You will have extremely low testosterone levels and probably really high cortisol and estrogen levels. This is exactly what you don't want. You body will be in a catabolic state so you will begin to lose the muscle you gained from the cycle.

    From what I have experienced and from what i have read, M1T stays in your system for 12 days, so if you do 2 on 2 off, your body barely has had a enough time to recover. I would recomend giving your boys a lil more time to rest in between your cycles, maybe 2 weeks of M1t 2 weeks of PCT and 1-2 weeks off of everything and start all over again

    Your gonna want some nolva on hand. That $hit was starting to give me gyno symptons (itchy, sensitive nips) when i ran my 2 on 2 off 2 on cycle back in like march.
