Found the answers to my questions ( This might help others)
Hi everyone, well apparently creatine can be taken with water with good effects, by searching google i found this, it wont give me an amazing effect has if i would take it with 100g of carbs but still i wont gain fat on it and bloating.
Good news also is that Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey has Glutamine peptide in it, so no problem with digestion, i know that regular glutamine causes problems taken same time has whey protein.
