    Exclamation Do i have enough supps? (Frustrated...)

    i recently brought
    Trac Creatine
    Whey Protein (GNC)
    No2
    Mega Men (Gnc)
    L-Glutamine (Gnc)

    I have been trying to cycle these products for a 2months.
    Creatine 30 min before workouts
    Mega Men Vitamin 4 with breakfast, 4 with dinner.
    L-Glutamine after my workouts
    No2 twice a day
    Whey protein twice a day..

    My weight has dropped... i dont know why, No2 doesnt seem to be doing anything. Am i doing anything wrong. do i need anyting else in my cycle.
    ?? ive been working out for over a year. and i dont see any good gains.
    i weigh only 155lbs.
    PLEASE HOOK ME UP WIHT SOME ADVICE>...

    Its either your training regimen or your diet. Whey protein, dextrose, multi and creatine are all you need to naturally make gains IMO.

    what is dextrose...

    i am a muay thai boxer/boxer.
    I train 3times a week. I do 2 groups of muscle a day...
    I dont know about my diet. i jsut eat a lot of meat and carbs...

    Since your a fighter, your doing a lot of cardio correct? That could be slowing your gains down. Also dextrose is a monosacharide, which is basically a sugar that causes a nice insulin spike, which is good for pwo. You can get dextrose here www.kentnutrition.com.

    No2 is a joke and you are experiencing the waste of time first hand. They only thing I would add to that list would be BCAAS. Diet is your problem, not unless you have a overactive thyroid? Have you had your thyroid checked?
