    Way to do it?

Hi guys. I have some problems with setting up my suplement intake.
I need to know what would be the most efficient way to take:
    Glutamine powder
    Creatine powder
    NO2 pills
I am aslo taking Whey protein.

I need to know if I should take it b4 workout ...if I can take some of those things together ... or when would be the best time take it... etc

    HELP !
    Thanks a lot!

I usually take 5g of creatine before and after workout. i always take protein after a workout. im not sure about the no2 but i think you take them before you lift.

return the NO2 and buy arginine. it will save you alot of money and is just as effective. as far as supplementing it, take 3000mg AM (before a meal), 3000 pre-workout, and another 3000 PM (before a meal)

One more question about No2. How long does it take b4 I will actualyl see some results of taking No2..and what would that be. I mean I read that book about it ... but there is like ... LOTS of effects..I dont know if all of it is true..thats why Im asking someone experienced.. to tell me what am I gonna notice by taking it..

    Thank You

all the book "21 day transformation" or whatever its called is, is an effective marketing tool. it makes the supplement sound like its results rival some AAS. you as how long it is until you will see results, you will notice a great pump in the gym probably the first or second time you use it, but other than that i wouldnt expect too much in the department of mass/strength gains. as i said all it is is overpriced arginine.
