    No-xplode & Cell Mass Question

    Is it ok to Take the No-Xplode before the workout and then take the Cell Mass after the workout? Or is it one or the other? Im hearing some good things about the BSN products anbd would like to try it. Thanks

    no they recommend you taking both products.. they serve different purposes.. you want 2-3 scoops of no xplode prior to workout and a scoop of cellmass right after workout..

    I was going to try xplode and cell mass also...but i heard so many good things about the vitargo i decided to give that a whirl first....keep us updated on what you think of the products...I am curious to know....

    Thanks PhatMark, its always a pleasure to know I can come here for some good info and not get steered the wrong way, so the cell mass is only 1 scoop after the workout? I didn't get it yet Im still waiting for it to be delievered. Thanks
