Get 'all the whey' whey isolate, strawberry is the best protein i've ever tried. Not even joking when you add dextrose PWO its like liquid candy, like liquid candy that makes you bigger.

All the Whey has no EFA's and the whey has virtualy no fat which I personally like. The blended version does have about 1 g of fat but saturated. Great price too. You could just take some flax and/or fish oil to get everything you need and perhaps some MCT too.

For most shakes you won't want fats in them. Considering most shakes include substantial amounts of carbs, at least for me they do. The only shake that doesn't have carbs in it is my before bed protein (micellar casein) shake and a handful of almonds. The isolate from all the whey is amazing though, if you haven't tried it you should. Especially the strawberry isolate.

You've got the basic idea. More specifically you would want a 2:1 ratio of dextrose:whey protein isolate for PWO. And for breakfast you could use whey protein isolate along with some carbs or fats, but don't use both carbs and fats in the same shake/meal.

For me i've been lazy in the morning alot lately so i've only used about 40-50 grams of protein with alot of oatmeal. Normally i would use protein and maltodextrin for my first shake. But it works out alright using oatmeal as it scrapes the crap off your intestines and colon, not to mention it is a very good low GI carbohydrate.

http://www.allthewhey.com/compare.html#bookmark Thats all you need to make your decision. I personally won't switch from all the whey unless something amazing comes out.

I just picked up Solid Whey from www.allsportsnutrition.com , tastes excellent, mixes very easily, and is very cheap. I'm adding 100g dex when I need carbs or a handful of almonds when I need fats.

some guy at my local supplements store tried to sell me on the idea that muscle milk's formula supposedly mirrors human breast milk so your body actually absorbs and uses more of the protein... anyone heard this/ think it sounds like BS?
