Weight loss product
This is a question on behalf of my g/f. She wants to lose about 15lb. She has started using the gym regularly and sort of getting her diet in check.
Now she didn't want to use steoids or anyhting like that but instead she bought something called "trim24seven". It is a patch thatr you stick on your body and I think what it does is supress your appetite.
My only argument against using this is that when I worked out her daily calorie intake it was only something like 1200 max, so for to have an appetite suppresent doesnt seem right.
whats your 2 cents here guys?

I've never heard of it....
Diet and cardio alone would allow her to drop pounds bro... even a simple homemade thermo would be good....
If her diet is 'sort of in check' as you put it, rectifying that, and performing proper AM cardio would be extremely effective....

A nicotine patch would actually work much better for appetite supression and fat loss.

Since nobody seems to know much about this, would anyone be interested if I got her to keep A diary of her progress and post it on here

The main ingredient Fucus Vesiculosus, has been a flop for weight loss.
