Hello, Im 16 and take creatine, will it help out on muscle size? and when should I take it? right now I take 5mg 1hr b 4 workout and right after work out. thas it. Dont worry im not going to do any mass musle pills till im 21

YOU SHOULD LOAD IT FIRST FOR THE FIRST WEEK TAKING 5 GRAMS NOT MG A DAY THATS ABOUT A TEASPOON 4 TIMES A DAY THEN AFTER THAT TAKE 5 GRAMS ITHER ONCE A DAY OR 2 THE BEST TIME IS AFTER A WORKOUT NEVER GET ANY LIQUID CREATINE

i hear these loading instructions all the time, yet many people swear the loading stage is unneeded... i know the argument for loading is to get your muscles fully saturated.... anyone have any hard evidence for or against loading?
I take my 5 grams creatine with about 50 grams of dextrose, 100mg ALA, and 30 grams of protein about an hour before my workout and then the exact same thing about 10 mins post workout, i never loaded it and i had never used creatine before... this crap worked awesome by the second day of use...
