    Muscle Milk YOUR EXPERIENCE

I would like to know what your experience has been with muscle milk

also I would like to know your comments on it as a supplement. Thank you

I will be doing 500 mg test e 10 weeks with nolva and clomid for my first cycle.

Is muscle milk a good supplement on top of my diet. (dont worry my diet is good to go) just curious about this product from people that have ACTUALLY used it.

    It's garbage IMHO.

I prefer to make my own meal replacements, and do so w/a far better macro profile.

haha, I liked it when I took it, but that was basically because I was younger and liked things that tasted good. It really is not any different result-wise from any other protein I have had, I just dont have that kind of money to spend any more in college.

i mix it with a normal whey scoop for scoop...nice flavor and better nutrion then two scoops of muscle milk...18g of fat of something in 2....tastes great though...even with water...no nead for mixing with milk

since seperation of carbs and protein are essential for dieting (according to the diet stickies) then this ish is horrible because it has mass ammount of both...BUT carbs post workout are good so maybe just use this as your post workout shake? I've tried about 5 of their flavors, real good tasting stuff but I feel sluggish after drinking one...

its not fast absorbing protein, it would be bad postworkout. Drink it before bed with water
