ZMA Does it work?
There is a lot of controversy whether ZMA works, or if it is another ploy for companies to get rich. This is to find out how it has worked in REAL LIFE, as opposed to company testing.

I really didnt notice anything, maybe because I am 19... any older guys have significant results? I know it is pretty hard to justify "significant" unless you get your test levels tested, but just share your experiences...

Still not feeling it after 2 weeks... possibly my magnesium isn't all aspartate? would that affect it? Like I said, I am taking zinc and magnesium capsules seperate, is the lack of B6 really affecting absorbtion that much?

But along with that statement, the ZMA depletes your calcium also, so during the day you want to be sure you get enough calcium to compensate.
ZMA is no roid for sure, even though I think it has it's place. Even Andro is stronger in it's effects than ZMA. But off cycle I wouldn't want to be without my ZMA personally.
