    Night time protein

I want to get a slow digesting protein for b4-bed, for times when I don't feel like gulping down the cottage chesse.

This is what I can get :

    1. Universal milk and egg

    2. Designer whey glycer lean

    3. Muscle gainer INKOSPOR, and PRO70 from INKOSPOR (milk-egg proteins)

    What would you guys suggest?

None Can you not get access to any others? I use to take Pro-Peptide from Dorian Yates. It was good stuff, nice taste, 45g protein per serving, low carbs, cals and made from slow digesting micellar casien.

You can order micellar casein at a number of sites on-line. Including ASN, the board sponsor...

That seems to be the best unless you could find someone in the states or someone that could have it sent to them and then send it to you...but that involves a lot of trust
