Testosterone Boosters What Works?

I want to boost my testosterone without using steroids , can anyone suggest what to take. Ive been taking zma every night for a couple weeks now and all I notice is better sleep and more energy the next day. What about tribulus? Any thoughts?

Trib is good from what I hear. Try a search on it and see what other have said previously.

tongkat ali is said to be very good. Never tried it and its expensive as hell but worth a shot maby.

Not too impressed with Trib, I took true-protein's, which is supposed to be one of the most potent brands out there.

I don't think you can go wrong with an AI, such as 6-OXO or a similar product. Also, I was impressed with ActivaTE from designer supps. which is supposed to increase free testosterone , so combined with an AI, I think that is your best bet.

Im only 20 so I don't want to try anything to serious, Im also wondering what tongkat ali is Ive never heard of it.

tongkat ali is a herb or plant just like tribulus. I dont know that much about it only saw it mentioned a few times on this board and others. Do a search and I bet you will find some info. I think its also goes by the name "longjack something something" if that helps

Apparently tongkat ali is also called long jack and is supposed to increase testosterone levels (in lab mice) by 440 percent. It also is said to have no adverse side affects but I don't thinnk they have tested it on humans.

Ok, thanks for the clarification. So is an AI something like Clomid which you would use to prevent gyno or something else?

no clomid only blocks the actions of estrogen while a AI blocks the production of estrogen. but yeah both is used to prevent gyno.

AI's can be purchased OTC, some brands are 6-OXO, which is a bit pricey, but a good supp. Another is Gaspari's Novedex XT, there are more out there, but those are the two I have used and come from reputable companies. There are many threads on these products, just do a search for 6-OXO and the world will open up.

Thanks for the info, (big help) I found good prices for the tongkat ali you were talking about earlier. Considering buying it but I will do some more research first just to make sure there are no side effects (also Im sure the 6-OXO would help prevent the estrogen problems).

I just purchased alphamale by biotest looks like good stuff it is a mix of tongkat ali and tribex not to pricey either.Will let you guys no results in a few weeks

6oxo is a joke but ginko is on point with an AI go with either rebound xt or novedex xt or ultra hot for the AI and take activate by DS.

i am currently taking nitro t3 by nxcare, it's a designer product, but i find it's a good sup. my muscles heal a day or two faster then they do w/out it, i know this because i didn't change much when i started taking it, it has tribulus, eurycoma longifolida jack extract (probably long version of long jack), and it has zma, anti aromatase complex. it's pretty damn expensive but i definetely find that it's worth it, might want to look into it.
