    Dextrose Question

    Im looking to buy some cheap dextrose..I looked all over town and coudlnt find it...So I found some on the net but none have the measurments....I see it as 40-80gs for PWN with your whey shake..

    I;ve seen one with each tsp at 4 grams...So I would have to dump 10 of these into my shake or should i scoop a cup of it in...??

    Any links would be appreciated it

    1/2 Cup is about 75g Carbs. GO from there.

    Ordered Dex as well..................I mix Dex with Malto and Whey after each workout.................best combo imo.....................

    serving size is 11g......so do you have to times that by 8 to get the right amount?

    Personally I use it pwo in 2:1 ratio, meaning twice the amount of dex as compared to protein

    i finally received the Dex from Kentnutrition...............was a very good transaction and the only regret is not ordering one more box since i run out of this stuff quick.....................

    You can get free dextrose from the Penford Foods website... do a search

    Someone else posted this info before (great guy) and I have ordered about 7 or 8 5pound sample tubs for absolutely free. Just go to the samples link on the page and fill out your info!
