Creatine, BCAA's, Glutamine, Dextrose
I lift an hour in the morning and I train MMA a few hours later for another 1.5 hours. My question is how should I time all of these throughout the day? I know that the doextrose only goes with my PWO shake after lifting, but how about the otheres?

BCAA'S during your workout, Creatine before your workout and drop the Glutamine its a waste of money.

how about bcaa's before and after cardio and creatine before and after lifting?
