    Essential Supplements

I read so many articles about what supplements are essential for building mass such as: protein, creatien, Glutamine, Multi-vit., Ribose, and as of recent NO products. I've always supplemented in the past but been short on funds up until recently and haven't been able to supplement as much and as well as I would have liked to. But I'm on top of money situation now and am looking to get back on the supplementation side of things again. But Im must admit with everything out there now days Im not sure what is considered essential and whats a waste of money. I mean I know a good protein and multi vit. is a must, but where do you go from there and what brands are legit? So, I was hoping you guys could share the essentials of your supplementation and your prefered brands, please. To help give me some guidance as I venture out into the supplement market again. Thanks!

that's the best way to get them... track your diet for a day and see if your getting all the vitamins you need. if not and if you can't fit them in... then supplement those specific vitamins with a pill.
