Methyl-1-Test advice needed please...
Jus wondering I was thinking about doing M1T for 8 wks @10mg daily. To counter the libido loss, I was going to use tribulus and tongKat Ali as well as ZMA daily during the cycle.
I want a cycle where I will gain some muscle, and burn a little fat at the same time.
I also want to prevent my own test from dropping too much and being hard to, and taking a long time to get back.
Do any of you guys with experience and knowledge in this matter think this would be OK ??
I am 5'10", 187lbs, 23yr old.

I'm not sure you can take anything to help keep test up. M1T shuts you down hard and fast.

dazbo, i think you should run it for 4 weeks. m1t is liver toxic as it is a 17aa.

Its toxic as hell limit it to 4 weeks
it will shut you down in around 4 days so the only thing to help with your libido is going to be test
the herbs are not going to be efficent enough

you could try running nolva all the way through at like 20mg a day, and then for post cycle hit up the clomid and up the nolva to 40mg.

Clomid/raloxifene during the cycle would serve the same purpose though and are even less toxic than nolva.

Well Ive used nolva twice and had bloodwork done and never had any bother, all values come out fine and cholesterol is really low with great ratios.

I always reccomend running nolva throughout every cycle to help with cholesterol ratios.

M1T is as far as you need then.

If you are thinkin about m1t more than a "real cycle", look at SD instead...SD will give you what you are looking for.
