Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein. It's essential to get a good amount of them while lifting since they help build, repair and maintain muscles.
I take a large tablespoon of Brewer's Yeast in my protein shake at least once a day. It tastes like an old pair of gym socks but it helps.
I take Brewer's Yeast since it's so cheap and you get a lot of servings for pennies.
