Just got my amplify 02 today. I took 12 caps and about 20 mins later my face and neck became beat red and itchy. It was very uncomfortable...and went away after about 30 mins. Is this normal? Other than that i feel great... awesome product.

probably from the niacinamide thats in it

niacin can cause 'flushing', which is what you experienced..so ya its normal!

it also helps w/ vascularity if i remember correctly

its not straight niacin or flush-free niacin

its 'niacinamicide'

some bodybuilders use niacin the morning of a show to help bring out vascularity when they go up on stage

i dont think flush free niacin provides that same benefit

It almost felt like a sun burn....does anyone know if it will happen everytime to me if it happened this once? anyway to prevent it?

ive never read of a way of preventing it tho

Sometime this week, Im finally buying some Amplify 02. There is so much good raving about it, I just have to try it. I hope it works, cuz nothing has.

Would this be something to use while on SD, or wait for PCT?

Niacinamide ( vitamin b-3) may cause a "Niacin Flush"
it happens to some ( seems like 1 out of 100 people based on feedback this far)
