OTC anti estrogens??
Is there any otc supplement that can reduce estrogen noticably??
I have alot of estrogen related fat on my chest and it seems like diet alone isnt enough and I cant get ahold of proviron , nolva, arimidex or clomid at this time.
I can se slight striations on my inner chest and my upper chest is pretty hard, but the damn lower chest is disgusting, I dont even dare showing my chest on the beach because it looks so bad. If it wasnt for the lower chest fat my chest would atleast look decent.

www.smart-drugs.net has arimidex , and di-indolylmethane. Never used it, but read up on it. Or try www.bodybuildingdiscountsupplements.com and look up clenbutrx, it has a supposed estro fighter. Hope this helps. But I have been told that there is no proven 100% anti-estro OTC, but then I also have been told that eating broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, and cauliflower increase your body's success of overpowering estro.
