straight up guys, which one on the market right now is topping the rest.. which one you guys seeing results with good and have actually used and not just heard.

have u tried researching some of the stuff?

I have only run SD, and im actully on my second week of SD right now. im up 11 pounds, no bloat. so for me this has been pretty awsome. take a look at 'demon insides pp+sd log' that shoudl give u some insite on those. as far as HD. i dont no to much about it. a lot of people say its junk.

the new HD is garbage so stay away from that. SD and PP are quality although you may have better results with one or the other do to how your body responds. stats/age/cycles? would help-fill out your profile.
