    Eca

I am using Xenadrine, and I like it a lot. And I donít want to stop using it because I like the results. But I donít want become tolerant to it. I was thinking about alternating it with another ECA type stack that doesnít contain any ephedrine. I was thinking about a stack with Norephedrine? Will this work?
Is there a Norephedrine stack that will give similar results? And If so does the body see nor ephedrine and ephedrine the same way chemically ( meaning will I become just as tolerant as if I continued to use the Xenadrine alone).

The best thing you can do to avoid building a tolerance to it is to take the weekends off and give it a complete break every 3 months for at least 1 month. You ma be able to find a synephrine product that will help a bit, but I'd just take a break.

I take Xenadrine (4-5 capsules/day) for two weeks and then take a week off.

Cycling with clen is another option, but time off is important.

Al, I never thought of this but since ephedrine and clen are both beta-2 agonist do you think you can cycle them without desensitising the receptors? I know that the clen is cycled that way but will the ephedrine still be as effective? Does anyone know?
