    how much protien is too much

    How much protien is too much for the body too handle. right now im getting almost 500 grams of protien a day. splitting it between 80 and 100 grams per meal over 6 meals. my question is in one meal how much is too much

    I'm not sure on a total amount that the body can handle. But With your size, I'm sure 500 grams is ok. You want anywhere from 1.5 to 2 grams per pound of lean body mass.

    Also, not jumping on your case, but any reason on why you've done 3 cycles already and you're only 17.

    500 grams a day is fine but remember your body can only absorb so much every couple hours, your body will let you know usually if you're putting in too much protein too quickly. Make sure you drink enough water with all that protein, for your kidneys if nothing else.

    Big texan in the town i live in highschool football is everything. i know that isnt a good enough reason for starting so soon but these days i play with about 15 guys on my team who do and to be able to completly dominate i have to juice.
