    Pre Workout while on cycle ?

    Is it ok to take a pre Workout while on cycle of just test only or no you shouldn't ?

    Why wouldn't you? They're usually just caffeine and miscellaneous vitamins.

    if you cannot pronounce any of the ingredients or do not know what they do, or if it sounds like some strange chemical coming out of a lab, you probably should not be taking it.

    lol...Thanks TR, Thats about 99.9% of them. They all have ingredients in them that sound all freak up to me.

    Do you have one you recommend?

    I've used jack3d when I was on my cut and from hearing people say that you can build tolerance to it/dependance I cycled it 1 week on and 1 week off and basically what I felt was a mad caffiene rush

    Just drink black coffee straight. Cheaper and it has the same effect

    The majority of people I train use them religiously!!!
    Some people think they cant train without them these days.

    I only use Protein while "on cycle". Save all the supplements for PCT & thereafter. If u start a bunch now, they won't be as effective "after cycle." I used to load up with everything on cycle too. Then I saved them till after & realized how much they can aid in recovery from ass when used properly. All the best bro

    I use a pre workout drink year round, I like them. I use Super Pump 3D right now with a scoop of Vitargo, BCAA, L-Carnitine, and a little extra Creatine. I have this before I train as soon as I wake up, and during my workout after I warm up. I have a scoop of whey protein and Vitargo with more BCAA's post workout. Since adding the Viargo I am feeling stronger and fuller during my workouts, probably do to adding fuel since I can't eat before I train.
