    what are they and what are they found in. are they legal. can somebody answer these questions thx

    most are "grey", some are legal, very few are actually illegal.
    some common ones are
    selegiline hcl
    hydergine
    piracetam

    for what is, IMH(though biased)O, the best OTC nootropic try Neurogenex
