17-Methyl D Stack Ex by Sci Fit?
I have a 17-Methyl D Stack Ex by Sci Fit, and has anyone tried it? the ingredients are.
17-methyl- 17b hydrooxestra- 4,9 (10) dien-3-one (3 mg)
5-Alpha Androstein 3, 17 Beta Diol (100 Mg)
4-androstenediol (100 Mg)
Milk Thissle (500 mg)
about 60 capsules, plan on taking 2 a day.
could someone tell me if this is good? also what else could i take with it, arginine, glutamine, amino acids? weigh gainer. creatine? or should i take most of these for PCT? also is it recomended i take with a weight loss, diet sup, if want to lose some extra fat, or is this after also.
i plan to gain some muscle and lose some weight
i weigh about 177ish, i can do reps of 225 10-12 times, i can do dumbell press around 95 for a good 8 times on a good day.
should i take 2 before workouts, or 1 before and 1 after? or should i mix it up.
or during/between meals? I read NSA faqs, and now im just trying to get the minor details. thanks

Ive never heard of that supp, but if you plan on gaining muscle and losing wieght, aint gonna happen. If you gain muscle you will gain weight. To gain muscle you need to eat more calories than you burn. To loose wieght, Im assuming its fat, you need to burn more calories than you eat. No way around this.

well i mean like body fat. i wanna be bigger but also leaner and ripped. i need my abs to show and i have a fairly flabby stomache but im a thin guy.

You can't do both. You should pick which one is more important to you, cutting fat or gaining muscle mass...

If your a thin guy I would try and gain some mass first.
