I would like to incorporate a protein shake for my 11:00 am meal, I want something that will be thin but have 40 g of protein. which brand of whey protein do you guys recommend. I dont want too much carbs in it because im afraid itll lower my appetite for my larger 2:00pm meal.
Also, what is a good weight gainer to take for post workout; here i guess i would want higher carbs along with 40 grams of whey. again recommend something that isnt too thick. i tried myoplex and it was so darn thick i had to return it.
