    Comment on Weider Mega Mass 4000

    Im 5"11 153 lbs I have a well planned balanced diet and most of my meals are on target with my goals for bulking up. Only question is that on some days i totally have to FORCE feed myself just to make the 3000 calories i need to gain a pound a week. On the days i dont think i will be able reach my 3000 cal quota, I intend to supplement with Weider megamass 4000 to pack on the essential calories i need. anyone had GOOD experience with this mass gainer? Thanks!

    Have a friend who's using it. He likes it. He told me it's good because it doesnt have a lot of bad sugars in it. Hope that helps.

    Thanks! Il be sure to get a pail and try it out. I just dread getting the bloated feeling from that stuff coz you have to drink a to of that *#@t!!!

    Just drink small portions of it throughout the day.

    I use myoplex mass factor -- 600 cals -- only 4 fat cals

    I would just take a scoop or two as part of your diet, not a ton of it. that would be killer to your diet.

    That is the worst weight gainer ever made. First off it's horrible tasting, secondly it is packaged in a freakin plastic bag, and third it messes up your stomach. While I was on that, the bathroom was where I'd be every friday night instead of out.

    Try muscle milk by cytosport, you'll get around 650 calories by mixing with milk, it is definately one of the best tasting proteins you'll find and you can use it as a weight gainer by mixing with milk to bump up the kcals. It is a lot higher in fat than most proteins and weightgainers though.
