I've been doing a bit of research into this and have read some conflicting evidence. Evidence points to anything from 600 to 1500 calories. Some reports say that no more than 600 calories can be digested at one time. I have also read on the forums that you should basically eat everything in sight in your mass gaining phase.

I have been directed to a British compnay called Nutrisport and am interested in one of their weightgainer products.

So I just wanted to know about calories etc and what anyone thinks of this
weight gainer product.
