shoulder pains
damn it..every time I try a good bench pressing (315 the last time)
It goes fine and I can hande the weight for 3-4 reps
but the next day and for the whole damn week my right shoulder hurts like a hell and clicks when I lift my arm sideways .
Is there anything I can do or take to fix it if it's a joint problem?
I disslocated that shoulder twice but it was 3 and 5 years ago.
any help will be greatly appreciated
P.S. I tried that "joint repair" crap and it's worthless...

I've had the exact same problem as you. I had to have my shoulder reconstruced due to the recurrent dislocation (in total 6 times in about a 5 month time span). If you dont already, make sure that your warmup your rotator cuffs big time. When I train chest I always find that if i do a few sets of reverse pec deck to get a pump in my rear delts that my shoulder feels alot better and I usually have alot less pain the next day. I also take Glucosamine Sulfate, not too sure If you've tried it, but your could also try taking an anti-inflamitory as well, personally I suggest Vioxx or Celebrex, good luck!!
