    Fat burning cardio...

    what percentage of your max hear rate do you guys usually use? 65% - 75%? i hear it takes 20 mins to even begin to burn fat if so, do you guys start timing after 20 mins or just do 45 mins the minute your in your target heart zone?

    does it matter a whole lot what your heart rate is before you get to the 20 minutes?

    I keep my heart rate at 70% of max the whole time I am on the cardio equipment.

    Quick Question how do u figure 70% i mean do u determine 70% question might sound stupid but i really dunno thanks..
