Hey, I'm trying to get bigger shoulders, you know the ones that round off.....
My curent shoulder routine is stand barbell press////military press////inclined military press..... I could use some advice on what reps and how many sets and maby some other exercises to do instead. Thanks.

DB shoulder press 4 sets 8-10 reps
BB Shoulder press 4 sets 8-10 reps
Front raises 3 sets 8-12 reps
Lateral raises 3 sets 8-12 reps
Reverse flyes 3 sets 8-12 reps
Heavy as you can for each without sacrificing form...

8-12 reps does nothing for me. 1-7 reps especially 1-4 is the only way i get bigger

Some sort of press, 4 sets
Lateral raise, 3-4 sets
Bent over row, 3 sets
Shrugs(if you don't do a trap workout) 3 sets
or Something else 3 sets

High weight with Low reps is the only way to go for thick dence muscle mass

my shoulders are my best feature.
4 sets various reps
seated BB or DB Military press
BB shrugs with DB shrug burnouts
DB Lateral raises
BB upright rows
BB front raises
seated machine for rear delts
