Confused about set
Hey bros, got a question for you all. I am trying to bulk and am working out like an animal. I am lifting EOD and NOT splitting body parts. I do 4 sets of a min 5 exercise per lift to failure. I was wondering if this is ok for strength and bulk while I am on my cycle, and if I should be doing cardio or not? If so, should I do it hard or not? I do NOT want to get cut yet and confuse my muscles. Or should I just do cardio hard during my PCT to ripp up?

After a chest day, i can feel pain in a flex for at least 2-3 days after. Thats how heavy you need to be pushing it. You want size, hit it hard and heavy, and slow movements, heavy diet. Eat more and more. Your gonna need to split it up man, or your results will suffer. Whats the cycle look like? Stats? Cardio is ok but dont go crazy on it since its a bulker. Keep it low, you dont want to burn many calories.

here is the cycle bro:
1 - 11 SUS 500mg/wk (2 injections per week at 1cc each injection)
1 - 10 Deca 300mg/wk (2 injections per week at 0.5cc each injection)
9 - 14 Winny 50mg ED
1 - 14 Nolva 20mg ED
1 - 14 Vitamin B6 200mg ED
PCT start 1 day after last Winny injection/dose
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / 200mg B6
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / 200mg B6
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / 200mg B6
And I do not know how, when, or really what to split actually. I have NEVER split.

i dont think you should do every set to failure...and cardio is good for bulking bro(just not too much of it),it helps release alot of nutrients,etc....

Do you think I should do "light" or "hard" cardio? Llike running/stairs, or just like walking and rollerblading? Also, does my cycle look ok (below)? Thanks for the help bro.

you should do 2 warm up sets followed by one rest pause working set. It seems to work best for me for building strength.
