REST
REPEAT
The two excerises that are together will be superseted together, with about 30-45 seconds rest between each paired set. I want to stay in the gym for about 45 min. I will be doing morning cardio for about 30-45 min in the morning three days a week. Abs three days a week. The reason for the superset if b/c I have been doing htem here lately and absoutly love them. Great pumps, great burn, and shorter gym time. Please Critique!!!!

I have always, ALWAYS believed that you "dance with who brought you there", so to speak. Some old school basketball coach used to use the term frequently come tourney time, equating it with the idea that, even in markedly different situations, if you've come that far, your best bet is to stick with what got you there. That being said, if you reached a level of muscularity and size that prompts you to start cutting, chances are good that workout "did it" for you, and, at least in terms of the basic principles governing that workout, it's in your best interest to stick with that even while cutting....at least in my opinion.

but my muscles have become very well adjusted to my workout, it is like they know what is going to happen on what day. I figured this workout while cutting would shock the hell out of them, then when I started back bulking in october switch it up again. shock the hell out of them again
