    Please just take a minute & help

    I really need some help coming up with a new split. I am about my ideal wt. I want to really keep the lbs. and start cutting. Right now I do a 2 day on 1 off 2 on 2off. Chest, Legs, OFF, Back & Bi;s, Sldrs & Tri's, OFF,Off. please help

    A new training split isn't necessarily going to help you cut up. You should first make sure your diet is in order.
