    incline chest help

Ive got a problem it seems my chest is pretty developed but im lacking the upper chest and thats the part that makes you look sweet imo.

I do incline barbell incline cable and incline dumbells

now i was wondering if throwing in and low weight really high reps set in the beginning of working my upper chest would bring it out more?

id still do my regular workout but adding this

i do three sets of 8-10 reps moderate to heavy weight now
and im talking like maybe 25 reps something along those lines

I've recently read from a study at the University of Queensland, that incline bench press stimulates the clavicle portion of the pecs no more then regular bench pressing. Instead, the higher the incline the more stress is placed on the front deltoid head.

You should be varying your workouts regularly......this includes adding higher repetitions to enable your muscles to recover from heavy rep training.

no reason for 3 incline press exercises...more isnt better in bbing. Stick w/ one incline, flat, and leaning forward dips, overall chest developement will follow as will upper chest growth

my body has alway responded to at least 5 different excersizes per muscle.
not much for incline so i do three I have good mass in middle and lower pecs but uppers lagging

i tend to cycle from heavy weight low reps to lighter weight higher reps periodically

I guess it will just develop over time but i figure two cycles and still hardly any improvment maybe a warm up would be beneficial.

Maybe try bench presses to neck for a better stretch of your pecs.
